Analiza: Italian SERIE A. Specjalnie pominąłem 2 pierwsze kolejki by bliżej przyjrzeć się zespołom, które w wyniku spóźnionych ME skróciły przygotowania do paru tygodni. Jak się później okazało była to dobra decyzja. Macerata rozpoczęła ten sezon wcześniej niż Perugia, ponieważ w SuperCoppa podejmowała Piacenzę. Mecz zakończył się w tie-breaku. Macerata pomimo 2 piłek meczowych nie potrafiła go wygrać. Jednak zawodnicy De Giorgi Ferdinando zaprezentowali się bardzo dobrze i zyskali pewność siebie wygrywając 2 kolejne mecze, tym razem w lidze, 3-2 z Modeną i 3-0 z Pineto. Ich jutrzejszy przeciwnik może - Perugia reprezentuje poziom zbliżony do Modeny. Drużyna jest w przebudowie. Poza tym w ostatniej kolejce doznała srogiej porażki z Treviso, po której mogą mieć problem z odbudowaniem się. W poprzednim sezonie obie drużyny spotkały się dwukrotnie. W pierwszym meczu Macerata prowadziła już 2-0 by ostatecznie przegrać w tie-breaku 2-3, w drugim już u siebie, Macerata wygrała pewnie 3-0. Tym razem mam nadzieje, że Macerata pójdzie za ciosem i nie pozostawi szans Perugi.
Italian SERIE A
I have skipped two previous rounds to see what is going on in the SERIE A and few suprices conviced me that it was good decision. Macerata started this season very early since they were playing SuperCoppa Italiana against Piacenza. I was watching this match and unfortunatly despite two match points Macerata lost in tie-break. Early preparations help them to bring convinience into team and Macerata won two games in a row against Modena 3-2 and Pineto 3-0. Level of both Macerata's opponents isn't the highest one but I believe that team lead by De Giorgi Ferdinando has enough quality to defeat Perugia, which hasn't made good start into new season. Perugia won in tie-break against Montichiari and lost in straight set to Sisley Treviso. Especially latest lost to Sisley Treviso . Team is rebuilding now and need some time to get back everything in order. Last time both team met in the previous season when after thrilling game Piacenza was able to recover 0-2 and grab the victory in tie-break. I hope that Macerata's players remember last lesson very well and will not repeat mistakes from the previous season game against Perugia and win confortable. Odds already started droping in some bookies as Pinnacle and bet-at-home have only 1.6 for this game and from my observation tommorow could drop to the others to 1.6 as well.
